ijj9 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ijj9 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible via the ijj9 website and mobile application. The platform provides sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, esports betting and related gaming products and services.

ijj9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Winnings accumulated on accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements may be forfeited.

Each player is entitled to register one account only. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts found will be closed and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer (IBFT), and Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method:

Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the payment method used for your deposit, in accordance with ijj9's same-method-out policy. This policy is a security measure and cannot be overridden except in circumstances where the original deposit method is no longer available, in which case you must contact support with supporting documentation.

Account verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot request withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Minimum PKR 500. Standard processing within a few hours for verified accounts.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Minimum PKR 500. Standard processing up to one business day.
• Debit / Credit Cards: Minimum PKR 500. Processing 1–3 business days depending on card issuer.

ijj9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds or where account activity warrants enhanced due diligence. This is a security and anti-fraud measure and is not applied arbitrarily.

ijj9 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms apply.

Standard bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated for each promotion.
• One bonus per player per promotion period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonus funds are played before real money unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Free spins promotions specify the eligible game, spin value and expiry period. Free spins expire after the stated period regardless of whether they have been used.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Requests to cancel or amend accepted bets will not be processed except in cases of palpable error.
• Odds at time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, even if the odds subsequently change.
• In the event of a match abandonment, bets are settled according to the applicable sport rules as stated in the sportsbook help section.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at ijj9's discretion, particularly during periods of high volatility such as wicket falls in cricket or injury stoppages in football.
• ijj9 reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant event or market result is known (late bets).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ijj9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion or any form of coordinated gameplay intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or acting as a payment intermediary for other players.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic exploitation, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage across multiple accounts.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other players.

ijj9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• Suspicion of matched betting or systematic bonus abuse.
• Account security concerns.
• Player-requested self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held and not accessible during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance released.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can request closure via the support team. Legitimate balances will be paid out once any pending verification requirements are met and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds are satisfied.
